Job Overview:
As a Sales Development
Representative (SDR), you will be an integral part of our sales team,
responsible for generating.
sales from inbound leads, former
customers, and small sized existing customers.
This is an excellent
opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual to play a key role in
expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
This position requires critical thinking, proactivity, high energy, excellent
communication skills, and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies
to optimize lead generation campaigns, including content development and
targeted outreach strategies.
·
Engage
with inbound leads from various sources, including website inquiries, e-mail,
telephone, social media, and marketing campaigns.
·
Qualify leads by conducting in-depth
discovery meetings and visits with potential customers to understand their full
set of needs, evaluate the size of the opportunity and determine the probability
of a sale.
·
Develop and maintain
a strong pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress using CRM software.
·
Provide comprehensive
support to the Sales Executive including preparing presentations, proposals,
costings and contracts.
·
Update and maintain
customer information accurately in the CRM system.
·
Generate reports, and
attend sales meetings as required.
·
Facilitate effective
communication between different teams to ensure smooth operations.
·
Promptly respond to
customer queries and issues and provide the right solutions.
·
Provide feedback,
documentation, and relevant information as required.
·
Stay up to date with DMX’s
products, market trends and industry developments.
·
Provide regular
reports on sales performance to Sales & Marketing Director
` Proven
record of success in:
·
Consistently achieving
sales goals, objectives, and targets.
·
Executing a prospecting
plan that targets and secures meetings with potential customers.
·
Collaborating with clients in developing and implementing
their marketing strategies (or a part of it)
·
Conceptualizing and
selling marketing concepts/ideas to clients.
·
Working with sales cycles
lasting 4-6 months or longer.
Knowledge, Experience
and Skills:
·
Qualification in
marketing or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
·
Completed
sales training would be advantageous.
·
Minimum 5 years’ experience
in selling concepts/solutions in a B2B environment.
·
Experience
with CRM software for lead management and pipeline tracking.
·
Strong
ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced, constantly changing
environment.
·
Strong ability to build
rapport with people.
·
Strong ability to lead sales conversations
with decision makers.
·
Strong
decision-making abilities - think critically, source and
analyze data/information, and make the right decisions.
·
Strong ability to drive
collaboration amongst many internal and external stakeholders.
·
Highly skilled at compiling
and delivering compelling value propositions to decision-makers.
·
Highly skilled at presenting and negotiating.
·

proactively to drive buyer priorities, agenda, and action – Create Demand!

Able

·
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
